Sled Rental Policy
- A $100 deposit per machine is required at the time of making the reservation for each rental. (valid credit card only)
- For cancellations, we require a SEVEN-DAY notice to receive a refund. Refunds for cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions or any other reason are at OWNERS DISCRETION.
- Late returns will be charged a $50 late fee for every hour late per unit. If you will not be returning the sled by 7PM / (6PM Sun) on the final day, you must call the motel to avoid late fee (at owner's discretion).
- Helmets are mandatory at all times while operating the unit. If you do not have a helmet, you will be required to rent one from us at the time of pickup.
- All units are required to return with a full tank of gas and oil. Renter is responsible for gas, oil, tax, and any repairs or damages that may be caused to the machine during the rental time.
- Renters must have a valid driver's license and credit card.
- Renters must fill out our rental contracts before operating the machine.
- These machines are strictly used for trail riding, please do not use for off trail riding.
