LAKE GOGEBIC MOTEL

The Bergland Motel is a proud supporter of the KFCF Cancer Ride. This event allows you to ride a snowmobile for 500 miles in one day and raise money to help cancer patients that are in need.  For the 2024 ride, you may also now sign up for a V250.  The V250 will start later and have stops along the way.  Visit the website to learn more about this event and join us to get involved.

Over the last two years, this event has grown tremendously.  The Lake Gogebic Motel has been the starting and ending point for the event.  When riders returned that night, the shop area was set-up for dinner and drinks. 

This event will take place on February 8, 2024 and February 15, 2024.

• ​Located on Hwy M-28 in the town of Bergland.
• Snowmobile and Side by Side Rentals are available.  
• Gas station available next door to the motel and Antonio's Restaurant and Trailside BBQ are available for food within a walking distance.
• The snowmobile and ORV trails are accessible from the motel.
• Lake Gogebic is 2 blocks away.  The boat launch is also located in the park to access the lake.
• There are many things to visit Bergland for: snowmobiling, boating, fishing, side by side riding, snowboarding/skiing, hiking, sight-seeing
